EDIT!!! - I Want Your Skull

I'm pretty stoked!! Looks like I've been picked for issue 5 after all, now don't I feel like Chicken Little!

I Want Your Skull is a limited run black and white publication and website, that focuses on art featuring skulls. The following is my entry in the May issue. I didn't get picked, but hey, it was a fun exercise all the same.

maybe you can take this illustration and turn it into a rock show poster for a local band that you love so much...

That's an interesting idea, but all of the local acts I know (that I actually like enough to want to give them freebie artwork) wouldn't use this kind of imagery. Nah this'll go into the archive and might see the light of day when the time is right, but more likely, I'll cannibalise the elements for something else.

Wow like the depth of these graphics you have going on here! Also like the Japanese Shogun influence. Also cool look at your creative process. I actually like some of the red in the image. Just checked out the I Want Your Skull site. Cool stuff and something I would like to get involved in at some point. I have a fun drink influenced moji coming up in the next week I hope you will check out after it is up.
